Directions: As a dietary supplement, please take 2 tablets daily with 8 oz. of water. Additional tablets can be taken to achieve desired effect. Do not exceed 6 tablets in a 24 hour period. Since Volume Pills are natural and work gradually over time, on-going daily usage is required. For best results, and to kick start your system, please refrain from masturbation and/or sexual activity for 7 days.
