Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 8-10 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage.

WHEY+ contains nothing but the highest quality whey protein isolate for several reasons. First, whey isolate is 90%+ protein by weight, which means it's very low in carbs and fat.

Second, many people are at least slightly lactose intolerant and whey isolate contains virtually no lactose.
