DIRECTIONS AND SUGGUESTED USE: 1 serving (1/2 scoop) twice a day. On training days take your first serving with 4-6 oz of water on an empty stomach 0-30 minutes before a workout. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate, glaucoma, asthma, or cold sores. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, other stimulants, or have allergies to arginine, corn, gluten or citrus fruit. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Each serving contains as much caffeine as about 1 cup of coffee. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart beat.
