Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules two to four times daily or as directed by a physician. Preferably taken with milk during a meal.

Each capsule contains a specially cultured strain of Lactobacilus Acidophilus. Lactobacilus Acidophilus and other related organisms are normal inhabitants of the human intestinal tract and are called 'friendly bacterias'. Such organisms are found in yogurt where they aid in milk sugar digestion.
