Recommendation: Shake well before each use. Add to water or take directly. For Daily Maintenance: Adults: Take 25 drops (1 mL) daily. Children 7 years of age and older: Take 13 drops (0.5 mL) daily. For Intensive Use: Adults: Take 25 drops (1 mL) four times daily. Children 7 years of age and older: Take 13 drops (0.5 mL) three times daily.
