Suggested use for the stack: Take 1 LipoRUSH DS capsule daily, preferably with meals and 6-8 oz. of juice or water. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking LipoRUSH DS within 6 hours of bedtime. Take 2 Censor softgels up to three times daily with meals. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.
