Cranberries naturally possess flavonoids and other bioactive components that can also promote normal urinary tract ecology by helping to maintain a healthy mucosal surface within the bladder.

D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar that is metabolized only in small amounts by the body, with the remainder being rapidly excreted with the urine. In the urinary tract, D-mannose complements the body's natural elimination process by maintaining a healthy environment in the bladder. Clinical studies have demonstrated that when taken regularly, D-mannose can help to maintain the health of the urinary tract.
