Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops mixed with your favorite beverage 1-2 times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 3 grams per day. As a sleep aid, take 1-2 servings 30 minutes before bedtime, during the night if required, or as needed.
