DIRECTIONS: HEMO-RAGE Black Ultra Concentrate may be stronger than any pre-workout product you have ever tried. This is an ultra concentrated version of our regular HEMO-RAGE Black. It may be way too strong for some individuals. For those who dare and seek a pre-workout experience unlike anything else we advise to proceed with extreme caution. Use only one serving (1 scoop) in a 24 hour period. Mix 1 scoop into 4-5 oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to working out. Do not take more than 1 scoop under any circumstances.
