(Please read the entire label before use) Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1/2 to 1 scoop with 8-12 ounces of water. Consume in the morning on an empty stomach and 30 minutes before lunch. As a pre-workout booster, mix 1 scoop with 8-12 ounces of water and consume 60 minutes prior to exercise.
