Directions: This product is as easy to prepare as making a cup of tea. (1) Shake can before each use. (2) Put two teaspoons of the powder in a cup and fill 1/2 with boiling water. (3) CalMac will begin to fizz. (4) Stir until the liquid is clear. (5) Fill the rest of the cup with fruit juice, cold water, or add an herbal tea bag.
