Vanadyl Sulfate (20mg) mimics insulin action to improve glucose tolerance and increases the amount of glucose and amino acids driven into the muscles. When insulin levels rise as they do after exercise, carbohydrate metabolism is increased leading to greater glycogen storage. When more glycogen is stockpiled into muscles greater intensity and endurance achieved.
