This product was formulated with CLA + Collagen and when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise program, may help support: Abdominal area fat reduction Thigh area fat reduction Healthy body composition Healthy skin, hair and nails Human studies have demonstrated CLA may help reduce fat mass with a dose as low as 1.4g-3.4g per day. This product is to be used in conjunction with a healthy, reduced calorie diet and exercise plan. Suggested use: adults take 1 serving (2 softgels) 1 to 2 times per day for either a 50 or 25 day supply. Ideally, take 2 softgels in the morning and 2 softgels in the evening with meals.
