Each Flexezy-ER caplet is made to slowly release glucosamine and chondroitin over a 12 hour period.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Take two caplets in the morning and two caplets in the evening or as directed by your healthcare provider until results are achieved. Thereafter, you may continue the above serving or decrease to one caplet in the morning and one in the evening. Caplets may be taken with or without food.
