If less than 200 lbs: take 3 capsules; If greater than 200 lbs: take 4 capsules; If stacking with ACG3(R) Charged+, Pump Fuel(R) v.2, or Pump Fuel(R) INSANITY: take 3 capsules. An alternative option for quicker absorption, break open capsules and add to your pre-workout drink 15 minutes before workout. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
