Turmeric (Curcumin) is well-known as the pungent spice so prevalent in Asian cuisine, particularly, Indian curry. Following decades of research, scientists now recognize this unique spice as possessing extensive, wide-ranging health benefits. Turmeric’s (Curcumin’s) soothing role in joint health has been long established, as has its central role in any liver cleanse or digestive detoxification program.
