Optimum Magnesium contains patented mineral amino acid chelates in delayed release capsules with zero fillers. Magnesium is a commonly deficient mineral yet crucial to our body's vitality. It is involved in over 300 enzyme-related processes including cardiac, muscle and nerve function while playing a key role in supporting teeth, optimal bone density and maintenance of blood glucose levels. Specially formulated for enhanced absorption, this formula features highly bioavailable, well-tolerated magnesium lysinate glycinate (mineral amino acid chelate) and patented di-magnesium malate. Malic acid is included to enhance magnesium - providing nutritive support for normal, healthy muscular energy and has been shown to enhance glutathione and antioxidant systems.
