Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested usage: As a dietary supplement, adults use 4 grams (roughly 1 teaspoon) per serving, preferably on an empty stomach, taken 1-2 times per day. As with all dietary supplements, please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner prior to use. Brewing instructions: Using 4 grams (roughly 1 teaspoon) of tea, steep with 8-12 ounces of hot water (190 degrees F) for 5-8 minutes. This tea can be steeped between 4 and 6 times. Enjoy.
