Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals. We highly recommend taking this product with a source of essential fatty acids such as SAN's Triple Strength Fish Fats, SAN's Lipidex, or SAN's Premium Fish Fats Gold.
