Suggested Use: Shake lightly before each use. On an empty stomach or between meals, take 4 mL (about 3/4 tsp) by mouth. May also mix in 1 oz. of water or juice (juice may be preferred due to the potent taste of glutathione). Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
