Recommended use: Adults. Take 1 to 2 capsules in the morning, and 1 to 2 capsules at the end of the morning or in the mid-afternoon.

Precautions re: All Other

Warning: Do not use after 5 pm. High in caffeine. Do not use (or reduce the recommended dose) in case of hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to mthylxanthines. Contains L-phenylalanine: Do not use if you are phenylketonuric. Not recommended for hypertension and cardiac arrhythmias. Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a nutritional supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
