Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the afternoon. For maximum absorption, take this supplement with at least 15 grams of fat. It is recommended that you take Tokkyo Liver-X for the duration of this supplement, and take Tokkyo Clomidex for at least two weeks after discontinuing use of this supplement.
