As a dietary supplement take (1) one capsules in the morning and (1) one capsules in the afternoon. For maximum absorption, take this supplement with at least 15 grams of fat. It is recommended that you take Tokkyo Liver-900 for the duration of this supplement, and take Tokkyo Letro-Z for at least two weeks after discontinuing use of this supplement.
