Suggested Use As a dietary supplement with 8oz. of water take one (1) capsule early morning, and one (1) capsule with 80z. of water early afternoon. Do not exceed more than 2 (two) capsules per day. This product should used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program.

Caution Do not exceed recommended dose. Discontinue use immediately if nausea, sleeplessness, or nervousness occur. If you have questions about the advisability of taking this product, consult your physician prior to use.
