Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended usage: Two (2) capsules first thing in the morning and right before bed or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take with adequate liquid. Vegetable two-piece capsules may be pulled apart and ingredients mixed with food. Two (2) capsules may be taken with meals to enhance the digestion of proteins.
