Suggested Use: Adults take 1 tsp 2 times daily for 1 week, hold under tongue for 30 seconds then swallow. Then take 1/2 tsp 2 times daily until desired results are achieved. Children 4 and older take 1/2 tsp 2 times daily for 1 week. Then take 1/4 tsp 2 times daily until desired results are achieved.
