Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 micro scoop (3 grams) with 3-4 ounces of water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to workout. Under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or the warnings on this bottle be ignored. Once tolerance is established the dose may be increased by 1/2 scoop (1.5 grams). The ideal individual dose for workout domination may vary between 1-2 scoops. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. DO NOT USE MORE THAN 5 DAYS OUT OF ANY 7 DAY PERIOD. Contents may settle after shipping. Shake container prior to each use to redistribute ingredients. Moisture and humidity can cause clumping and discoloration.
