Directions on Workout Days: As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules 30 minutes before workout and 2 capsules before bed. After 20 days of use experienced users may increase bedtime dose to 3 capsules. Directions on Rest Days: As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules 1 hour after morning meal and 2 capsules before bed. After 20 days of use experienced users may increase bedtime dose to 3 capsules.
