DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a dietary supplement, mix two level scoops (11 grams) with 8-10 ounces of water and drink once per day with morning meal, 6 days per week. If you forget to take it with a morning meal, you can take it with any other meal of the day as the product is CNS stimulant free. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH PROPER NUTRITION & TRAINING PROGRAM. USE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A 4 WEEK BREAK.

Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not combine with alcohol. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Do not use for more than 6 out of 7 days.
