Our Activated K2 is made up of menaquinones (MK-4 through MK-10), and combined they play the critical role in calcium metabolism benefiting both cardiovascular and bone health. Because most K2 activity occurs in the liver, choline has been included to aid liver function, and glutamic acid to assist with the full activity of menaquinones.
