CoQ10 (also known as ubiquinone) is found in the mitochondria of every cell and in high concentrations in heart tissue. It helps maintain cardiovascular health and energy production. CoQ10 is a fat-soluble nutrient and therefore is best taken with a small amount of fat. To overcome this, we've added oil to our CoQ10 softgels. Our CoQ10 contains no artificial emulsifiers, therefore you may notice a normal separation which does not affect potency.
