RECOMMENDED USE: Do not use FRICTION(R) with REDLINE(R), MELTDOWN(R) or any other products and/or beverages that contain caffeine or other forms of stimulants. Start with 1/2 to 2/3 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix One (1) level scoop of FRICTION(R) with 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage. Unlike other supplements in this category, FRICTION(R) is very powerful and requires only (1) scoop. Always consume at least 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight.
