RECOMMENDED USE: Do not use FRICTION(R) with REDLINE(R), MELTDOWN(R) or any other products and/or beverages that contain caffeine or other forms of stimulants. Start with 1/2 to 2/3 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix One (1) level scoop of FRICTION(R) with 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage.
