Directions For Use: Note: Take on an empty stomach for complete absorption. Drink with water, juice or add to fruit smoothies. For Immediate and Urgent Use: Stir or blend 1/2-1 tsp. in cool water every 1-3 hours. Maintenance: Take 1/4-1/2 tsp. upon rising and, if desired, 1/4-1/2 tsp. mid-afternoon or later. Mood Balance: Take 1/4-2/3 tsp. upon rising and again mid-afternoon.
