Directions for use: For immune support: Take 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after meals. Start with 30 drops once a day. Increase gradually to 4 servings a day. Then gradually increase to 60 drops per serving & take for up to 3 months or as directed by physician. For healthy blood pressure: Take 30 drops in water before bed.
