Suggested Use: We suggest you take one capsule, two times per day. This product may be taken in a 4 week or an 8 week cycle depending on desired results.

Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen.
