Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use As a dietary supplement, 1 scoop two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. A larger dose of 2 scoops two times daily may be taken during an initial one to two month loading period. May be mixed with water, juice, or food. Sensitive individuals may want to start with less. Use within 30-60 days of opening.
