High-potency Decaffeinated Green Tea (98% extract) is a strong diuretic and has been used to reduce water for centuries while also allowing you to take in the evening. Horsetail extract is high in natural silica content and is one of the most effective water reduction herbs known. Uva-ursi, Hydrangea root, Buchu leaf, Parsley leaf extracts all have a long tradition with synergistic diuretic activities.

Directions: Adults take 3 tablets 2x daily for 14 days. Take your first serving in the morning and your second serving in the evening.
