Directions: Take 1 capsule four times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health practitioner.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you have diabetes, cystinuria, heart disease or cancer, or if you are taking blood pressure medication, blood thinners, nitroglycerin or antibiotics.
