Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Take each serving (approx. 1 scoop) of C4 Ripped Sport with 8 fl. oz. of water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed, take one additional serving (approx. 1 scoop) before training. Studies have shown benefits of CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine to be correlated with cumulative use. Take C4 Ripped Sport for at least 8 weeks to experience the maximum benefits.

Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation which is attributable to Beta-Alanine.
