Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules just prior to each meal. Experience indicates that LipoSan Ultra works best if you have sufficient liquid volume in the stomach during the course of the meal. Too little liquid and the LipoSan Ultra may not be able to fully dissolve and, thus, not be able to fully perform its fat binding function. For this reason we recommend that you drink at least 8 oz. of water with the meal.
