Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Take one tablet with or without food to support mental performance including memory, focus, motivation, and energy. Do not consume more than 4 tablets in one day and do not consume more than 1 tablet at a single time. Space out doses 3-4 hours.
