Selenium Cruciferate is a scientifically designed plant-based source of the essential trace mineral selenium. Indian mustard greens assimilate and metabolize selenium into bioavailable Se compounds, most notably Se-methylselenocysteine (SE-MSC), and other bioavailable selenoamino acids and phytochelatins. Hydroponically grown Indian mustard is also a rich source of isothiocyanates, sulfurophanes, and naturally occurring antioxidants.
