Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended Dose: Take 1 tablet daily at bedtime, away from food, or as recommended by your health professional. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other supplements.

Warning: If you are pregnant, lactating or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, do not use. If you have liver or gall bladder disorders, bowel obstruction, abnormal constriction of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhea, or are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, medication or supplements which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, do not use. If you have any health condition or are taking any medication, consult your health professional before use. If you develop symptoms of liver trouble or hypersensitivity, stop use.
