Directions For Use: For sweetening a single beverage start with 1 leveled scoop (~40 mg) adding more to meet your desired sweetness. For substituting in baking, begin with 150mg per cup of sugar, increasing slowly to meet the desired sweetness prior to baking. A micro scale is recommended to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
