This highly bioavailable combination of folate, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6 supports healthy homocysteine levels. 5-MTHF, methylcobala min, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate are the naturally occurring, biologically active forms of folate, B12, and B6. 5-MTHF is more bioavailable than ordinary folic acid, requires no metabolic conversion before being absorbed, and supports healthy function of blood vessels.
