PREPARATION: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of RED CREA7INE(TM) in 8 oz. of cold water. Mix well before drinking. DIRECTIONS: Take 2 servings daily, dosed as follows: ON TRAINING DAYS: Take one serving BEFORE your workout and the second serving AFTER your workout.
