Suggested Usage: Mix 1 packet of PGX Daily Singles (2.5 g) into 8 fl. oz. (1 cup) of cold water and stir briskly. Take 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Take PGX Daily with or without food or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.
