Suggested Usage: To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, add 2 scoops (66 g) of SlimStyles(R) powder to 12-16 fl. oz. of water and shake in a shaker cup, or mix in a blender with ice or as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water (12-16 fl. oz.) within an hour of drinking the smoothie. When first taking SlimStyles(R) begin with 1 scoop (33 g) in a 6-8 fl. oz. glass of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (66 g) as directed above. Serving Option: SlimStyles(R) makes a delicious pudding! Mix as above, then pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add 1/2 a banana or other fruit for variety.
