Directions: As a dietary supplement, 1 mL supplies 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3, 0.75 mL supplies 3,750 IU of Vitamin D3, 0.5 mL supplies 2,500 IU of Vitamin D3, and 0.25 mL supplies 1,250 IU of Vitamin D3. Take 1 mL daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
